What I Learned from 5 Days of Eating Mindfully

I’m not a mindful eater. Or at least I wasn’t before I took up the 5-Day Mindful Meal Challenge initiated by Darya Rose, Ph.D. Thank you so much for this gift Darya ;-)

Before I took up the challenge I would describe myself as a mindless eater with 3 major problems.

1. I ate too fast.
